Fiddle Frenzy is a celebration of the music and musicians that have made Shetland one of the worlds most highly acclaimed fiddle playing regions. A must for all fans of traditional music.

Moving into its sixth highly successful year, Shetland's Fiddle Frenzy is a two part event. Fiddle school and a platform to showcase the best of Shetland's musicians and Storytellers supported by many other cultural and creative opportunities provided in the Creative Connections Festival.

Shetland’s fiddle School is a marathon seven-day (and night) event, offering 'students' the chance to learn, and immerse themselves in, fiddle music Shetland style with some of our best and high profile tutors and musicians. Followed by concerts and late night sessions. Nobody is excluded. We offer everything from beginners courses, to those aimed at more experienced players. Giving you a unique and very personal experience.
